At Throne and Heart, we're committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping information below.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (3-4 business days) (Royal Mail 48)
Free on orders over £75
£3.75 for orders under £75

Express Delivery (1-2 business days) (Royal Mail 24)
£4.95 for all orders

All UK orders are dispatched from our shop within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We use Royal Mail to ship our parcels and aim to utilise recyclable packaging where possible.

European Union (EU) Shipping

Standard EU Delivery (5-12 business days; region dependent)
£11.95 for all orders

Important Information for EU Customers:

  • All prices are shown in GBP. Exchange rates are set by your bank/card provider.
  • For international orders shipping to the EU, applicable import duties are collected at checkout. Please note that VAT and any customs handling fees charged by the destination country's postal or customs authority are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures
  • In line with EU policy updates, EU customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase or until a pre-order item ships. In order to action a withdrawal, please login to your customer account to request this.

Please note: From 1 July 2026, an additional flat customs handling fee of €3 will apply to Business to Consumer (B2C) parcels under €150 entering the EU. It will apply per line i.e. item. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, e.g book, grip and charm, the duty will be applied to each. These handling fees vary and are not included in the customs fees paid at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
